Pattern to Perfection: My Sewing Evolution

Starting my sewing journey young, when with my mum teaching me to sew and make bags when I was 2, I went on to make my first unassisted dress at the age of 6.

Sewn with Love

In my free time, I enjoy exploring fabric stores to discover materials for my latest projects or revisiting my fabric collection to find the perfect piece for a new creation. Most often, these endeavors contribute to expanding and enhancing my personal wardrobe.

While when I make dresses for myself, I use draping methods and revert to using fabric chalk to make patterns directly onto the fabric, I did learn how to make patterns in high school and then further developed those skills at a professional level. through working as a garment designer at Aethermotics.
